A practical do-and-don’t structure
I organized a complicated approval environment into an accessible decision sequence. The piece starts with current brand guides and model sheets, then moves through creative boundaries, legal risk, narrative changes, review timing, and the danger of prioritizing novelty over brand fit.
Translating studio constraints
The article turns internal production realities into guidance a prospective client can use. Examples involving character poses, color systems, scripts, wireframes, and review rounds show why early questions and staged approvals protect both the work and the relationship.
Collaboration
Workinman’s artists, executives, editors, and project stakeholders helped define the examples, scope, voice, and direction. I synthesized those inputs into client-facing content that supports the studio’s positioning without presenting process as friction.
My role
I developed the published article from the studio brief, project examples, and multidisciplinary review.
