Structure and audience

The piece was written for marketers, exhibit teams, and organizations that need to explain complex products in a busy physical environment. Its structure follows the visitor journey: attract attention, make learning active, reward continued participation, create social momentum, capture useful behavior data, and adjust the experience when real conditions differ from the plan.

Research and translation

I had to translate game-design language—attract mode, feedback loops, challenge pacing, progression, analytics—into operational guidance for event teams. Carestream, Cisco Live, ExhibitorLive, and museum examples ground that language in problems prospective clients recognize.

Collaboration

The article drew on Workinman’s project history and was developed with contributors who supplied examples, project context, outline direction, visual assets, and editorial review. My role was to turn those inputs into a coherent B2B argument rather than a list of disconnected capabilities.

My role

I researched, structured, and wrote the article from Workinman’s project examples and editorial brief, incorporating review from the broader studio team.
